Is A Great Hair Cut Important?

Does it matter that you get a haircut?

I had a client yesterday tell me that haircuts take time. And that she disliked spending the time getting her hair done.

That prompted a conversation as to why she would get a haircut in the first place?

Does cutting your hair matter? Is it important?

Well, there are many answers to those questions, you may even have some of your own. I have seen people leave their hair for sometimes years before getting a cut or even a slight trim.

And let’s be honest, of course, it is not going to cause harm to your body per se, but it can damage other things.

Is A Great Hair Cut Important

Firstly, hair is a by-product of our bodies that was by design put there to protect our heads. For some people, it keeps growing left unattended can grow quite long. For other people, it can become a big mess, due to the texture and type of hair they have.

Haircuts can play many roles. The obvious one is to keep your hair fresh. The other is to add style to your hair and therefore appear stylish. But mostly I think it’s to give yourself a personal style. It reflects who you are and how you feel about yourself.

I questioned her thought process around hair for the simple reason, she wanted to appear stylish and fashion forward and “put together”. And here is the reason you would want to get a great haircut and maintain it.
